    Albert the Alley Cat is the creation of Announcer and Puppeteer, Jack DuBlon. Albert was a beloved TV character to anyone growing up in Milwaukee durring the 60's,70,s,and 80's. Albert with his unique Brooklynness accent pronounced the weather "stadistics" and "humidery" alongside his partner Ward Allen. Albert was hugely popular appearing in several kids programs including Cartoon Alley. A mainstay were the many hats and sweaters he wore sent in by viewers.
